WE PROVIDE: The #10 window envelope (above) with
three items already enclosed; an Inspirational Insert (at left);
our unique Giving Guide; and a #9 reply envelope members
use to return their pledge card (below).

We also provide the pledge card which you insert. It is custom printed with the name and address of your church and options you choose to tailor the card to your church.

YOU PROVIDE: The member’s address label which you place on the pledge card. You insert the card in the envelope so that the address shows through the window as shown above.

It’s that simple. All you provide is the address label. You
launch your drive with an absolute minimum of effort.

We make it easy for you. We print your church return address on the pledge card. Members complete their card and place it in the envelope, so the church address shows through the window as shown above.

Our FOLLOW-UP PACKET works the same way, but is
mailed only to members who have not returned a pledge
card. It also comes with three items pre-inserted.

We’ve learned from experience what message is needed to
get a good response from members who do not return a card
for fear they will not be able to keep their commitment.

What else comes with the program?

A Sunday Handout

It is handed out in the first week of your drive
when your Pastor and Stewardship Chair make
presentations outlined in our Leader’s Handbook.

POSTERS

You receive two 17” x 22” copies of each poster.

Is ordering easy?

After you have ordered a Review Kit and decided to use the
program, just order one “Unit” of material for each household (not
each member) in your church. All the custom printed and standard
materials you need for each household is automatically included.
